There are 36 fully serviced RV sites with city water, sewer, and 30 amp power at Elk Island Retreat. Sites 19 - 27 are pull-through sites. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table.

The Geodesic Domes have a large panoramic window with a forest view. Designed for nature-cravers and memory-makers, this unique out-of-this-world accommodation is the perfect getaway for those wanting to recharge in style during their WUB experience.

Dark Sky and Eagle’s Nest Geo Domes are priced a little higher than Solaris and Spruce Hollow because they are in more private locations. The domes all have a covered shelter with a full size propane barbecue with side burner.
There is no plumbing in the Domes but there are toilets nearby and the shower building with flush toilets is a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
*Sorry, no pets permitted in any accommodations.

This cute and cozy 2 person cabin is nestled in the trees giving you all the seclusion you need. You'll be snug as a bug with a gas fireplace and a queen bed (bedding included).

A traditional dwelling of nomads from Central Asia, our yurts have a beautifully handcrafted pine interior with a 5-foot skylight. They are located in a beautiful wooded valley. The yurts are separated by a large cook shelter giving you privacy.

Trapper Cabins: Rustic & Cozy (SOLD OUT)
Rustic yet cozy. The Trapper Cabins aresituated in the beautiful wooded valley that runs through the property. These one-room cabins are constructed of a log frame and rough lumber plank walls. They have a queen bed with a single bunk above it and one other set of wooden built-in bunks with comfy waterproof, nylon-covered foam mattresses. There’s power, a fridge, a gas heater to keep you toasty warm even in cooler weather, and a small dining table set.

At the WUB Society of Canada, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that plans may need to change. However, as we rely on an accurate headcount for our retreats to ensure everyone has a quality experience, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
90+ Days Prior to Retreat Start Date: If a participant cancels their registration 90 or more days prior to the retreat start date, they will receive a 100% refund of their payment, minus a $75 administrative fee. This fee covers the costs associated with the administrative work of processing registrations, cancellations, and refunds, as well as the software systems we use to manage these processes.
30-59 Days Prior to Retreat Start Date: If a participant cancels between 30 to 59 days before the retreat start date, they will receive a 50% refund of their payment. We retain the other half to cover costs associated with late changes in our planning and logistics.
0-29 Days Prior to Retreat Start Date: If a cancellation is made 0-29 days before the retreat start date, no refund will be provided. This is due to the costs incurred in anticipation of your participation, including food, accommodations, and materials.
We recommend that all participants consider purchasing travel insurance that can cover costs in case of cancellation.
Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by our office in accordance with these time frames to be eligible for a refund.
