Jessica has been teaching yoga for over 5 years in the Nation’s Capital, practicing and performing acro for 3 years, and is now proud to call Calgary home. She has a degree in kinesiology, over 1000 yoga teaching hours, and currently works as a kinesiologist in a spine clinic in Calgary, teaching mindful movement as well as leading an 8-week mindfulness program for people living with chronic pain.
Jessica’s love for acro yoga stems from a passion for movement and understanding of human interaction and connection, and the desire to express herself creatively.
Her style is playful with a focus on: intention, awareness of the mind and body connection, functional movement, breath, and finding the balance between strength, stability, and mobility. Jessica’s classes are accessible yet appropriately challenging to all-levels. No partner or experience necessary, this class will cater to all in attendance! Come play!
